 I was on-board a sailboat

headed to who even knows where

then suddenly a storm came

the boat was going to sink

The wind became more intense

every time raging more and more

Then my soul began to cry

in middle of that great storm

I have done all of the efforts

that can be done in human power

I thought with all my efforts

that I'd find inner peace

I struggled fought and I toiled

but then I gave up in defeat

And then suddenly I heard a voice

And it gave me peace within

This is Jesus the Savior of your soul

The boat of which I speak of

is this world of suffering

Many onboard this boat, 

they sail around aimlessly
